HVAC company clears zoning hurdle

A heating and air conditioning company’s plans to move from Fletcher to Hendersonville advanced when the Henderson County Planning Board voted unanimously for a zoning change that would allow a new building on property currently zoning for houses.
Jeffrey Lemons of Bryant Heating and Air Conditioning asked for the rezoning of a 2.9-acre parcel of land on Hyder Farm Road, off Clear Creek Road just west of I-26.
