Pardee adds Southeastern practices on Jan. 1

Pardee Hospital will add to its orthopedics service line when Southeastern Sports Medicine and Orthopedics comes on board on Jan. 1, the hospital announced.

The addition will expand Pardee's orthopedics program, which received "high performing" ratings in hip replacement and knee replacement from U.S. News & World Report.

As a department of Pardee, Southeastern Sports Medicine and Orthopedics will provide comprehensive sports medicine and orthopedic care for the athletes, students and families in Western North Carolina. The practice is comprised of a team of medical professionals specializing in the treatment and care of bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints. The physicians practicing in the Pardee clinics will include Keith M. Maxwell, M.D., Gregory S. Motley, M.D., Andrew Rudins, M.D., Richard B. Jones, M.D., R. Christian Estes, M.D., James Phelps, M.D., M.P.T., Andrew Kersten, M.D., and Amal K. Das, Jr., M.D.

The new Pardee practice will treat patients at Asheville Highway and Four Seasons Boulevard (next to Pardee's Urgent Care) in Hendersonville; at Turtle Creek in Asheville, the Mission Pardee Health Campus in Fletche and in Waynesville.
