Wedding designer saves the day with custom masks

Custom-designed masks for brides and grooms and bridal parties are made by Mandy Frazier, owner of An English Flower Cottage.

Betrothed but bedeviled by coronavirus restrictions, brides have a new fashion option that will help the wedding go on.

Mandy Frazier, a full-service wedding designer in Hendersonville, has launched an extensive line of bridal facemasks in order to assist brides in complying with covid-19 personal protection and social distancing guidelines.
Frazier, nicknamed “Mandy Poppins” by her clients, has found a way to save the day during the covid-19 pandemic, this time from six feet away.

Getting married during a global pandemic is not the wedding every little girl dreams of. With current guidelines only allowing small gatherings, covid weddings have become a unique challenge for brides compared to the original weddings they had planned. Frazier’s line of bridal facemasks allows for brides to enjoy capturing the perfect “I do” moment while being safe and surrounded by their loved ones.
“Just because there has been a wrench thrown in your plans doesn’t mean you can’t have a beautiful wedding,” Frazier says. “I want brides to know that even small weddings can be beautifully done weddings.”
This line of bridal facemasks includes styles for the bridal party, guests, and the bride and groom. Masks can be special ordered to match the bride’s dress and the groom’s tuxedo. Each bride and groom mask order will be specially packaged in a memory box as a keepsake for the couple.
Frazier has specialized in wedding planning, wedding design, tuxedo rental and extensive floral design for 30 years, and has received 10 Couple’s Choice Awards from Wedding Wire. Since 2002, her company, An English Flower Cottage, on Copper Penny Street, has offered unique, tailored, full service wedding design. She serves Western North Carolina and the South Carolina upstate areas including Lake Keowee and Greenville.
