Pardee sponsoring first Fall into Flat Rock Fun Day

Pardee UNC Healthcare has signed on as the presenting sponsor for the first Fall into Flat Rock 5K and Family Fun Day on Saturday, Oct. 17, at The Park at Flat Rock.

The 5K race begins at 9 a.m. and takes place on the scenic park nature trail. A fun walk is also available. To register, visit active.com (T-shirts included).
The Family Fun Day will begin at 10:30 and continue through 3pm. There is no admission charge. Events include Tai Chi demonstrations, a mini Curb Market, storytelling, nature walk, Junction 280 bluegrass band, food, refreshments and Italian ice.
