The undersigned having qualified as Executor of the Estate of Eulanne T. Maybin, hereby notifies all persons, firms, and corporations having claims against Eulanne T. Maybin, deceased, of Henderson County, North Carolina, to present their claims in care of the undersigned attorney on or before April 17, 2024 or this notice will be pleaded in bar of recovery. All persons, firms and corporations indebted to said estate will please make immediate payment to the Executor in care of the undersigned attorney.
