The undersigned having qualified as Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of John Douglas Perry, hereby notifies all persons, firms, and corporations having claims against John Douglas Perry, deceased, of Henderson County, North Carolina, to present their claims to the Co-Personal Representatives in care of attorney William M. Alexander, Jr., on or before June 5, 2025, or this notice will be pleaded in bar of recovery. All persons, firms and corporations indebted to said Estate will please make immediate payment to the Personal Representative in care of The Law Offices of William M. Alexander, Jr., PLLC.

William M. Alexander, Jr. has been appointed as Resident Process Agent on whom may be served citations, notices and processes in all actions or proceedings with respect to this estate.
