Having qualified as Executor over The Estate of Mark Stuart Vance deceased, late of Henderson County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons, firms, and corporations having claims against said Estate to present them, duly verified, to the undersigned on or before, 01/27/2026 or this notice will be pleaded in the bar of their recovery.
