The undersigned having qualified as Personal Representative of the Estate of Michael Patrick Knox, deceased, of Henderson County, North Carolina, hereby notifies all persons, firms, and corporations having claims against Michael Patrick Knox to present their claims in care of the undersigned attorney on or before the February 2, 2016, or this notice will be pleaded in bar of recovery. All persons indebted to said estate will please make immediate settlement of same.
