NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
TO BE ISSUED March 1, 2016 by
THE HOUSING ASSISTANCE CORPORATION (HAC)

FOR SITE DEVELOPMENT WORK: (1) CLEARING & GRUBBING; (2) GRADING, (3) SOIL EROSION, & (4) Prime Contractor to perform all three (3). Separate RFP’s will be issued for each. Seeking proposals for site development work for 18 acre Oklawaha Village Development (78 MF Units; 17 SF Lots & Office building) at 1818 N Main St., Hendersonville, Henderson County, NC. Separate Bid Responses must be submitted and clearly labelled for each RFP if responding to more than one RFP.

RFP materials available to the public: March 1, 2016 at 1:00 PM
Responsive Proposals due by: March 18, 2016, no later than 3:00PM EST
Proposals received after the due date and time will not be considered.

Interested Bidders must send an email on or before noon on March 3, 2016 to don@housing-assistance.com to receive a link to the Dropbox containing the RFP Materials.
