PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Mills River Town Council will hold a Public Hearing at Mills River Town Hall on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 7:00 PM to hear public comment on zoning case ZMA 01-16, a request to rezone four (4) parcels from Mills River Neighborhood Commercial (MR-NC) to Mills River Light Industrial (MR-LI). The properties are owned by J & E Family Properties LLC; Flavor First Growers and Packers, Inc.; the Town of Mills River; and Linda Blasingame and Kathy McGougan; and are further identified as PINs 9631615703, 9631724062, 9631629737, and 9631736291 respectively of the Henderson County Registry. The total acreage is approximately 59 acres.
