PUBLIC NOTICE
The Hendersonville City Council will hold their regular meeting at 5:45 p.m., Thursday, April 6, 2017 in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 145 Fifth Avenue East. At this meeting, Council will conduct public hearings to consider the following:
Application from Robert D. Edney requesting contiguous annexation of parcel 9578-33-4700 containing approximately 0.39 acres located at 1102 Old Spartanburg Highway.
Application from The Housing Assistance Corporation requesting contiguous annexation of a portion of parcels 9569-85-1339, 9569-85-1371, 9569-85-3107, 9569-85-3170 and 9569-85-4043 containing 0.147 acres off of N. Main Street.
Application from Jere and Mary Hyder for contiguous annexation of parcel 9569-74-0150 containing 10.22 acres located at 1500 N. Main Street.
Application from Mission Development, LLC for a Special Use Permit to construct 80 residential units on 8 acres located on Lakewood Road. The Special Use Permit is to include a portion of parcel 9579-29-2872. The applicant proposes to rezone the parcel to PRD, Planned Residential Development.
Application from Henderson County for a special use permit to construct a 51,629 sq. ft. building to be used as the Henderson County Emergency Services Headquarters and a 10,778 sq. ft. storage building at 2529 Asheville Highway parcel 9660-30-6082. The applicant proposes to rezone the property to PID, Planned Institutional District.
