INVITATION FOR BIDS:
Henderson County Public Schools Various Roofing Replacement Project Henderson County is accepting bids for the HCPS Various Roofing Project. All bids are to be sealed, hard copies, and hand delivered, or sent by mail. All envelopes should be clearly marked Construction Bid for HCPS ROOF REPLACEMENTS. NO EMAIL OR FASCMILE COPIES WILL BE CONSIDERED. The facilities will be located on Henderson County Public Schools property at Flat Rock Middle and East Henderson High. There is a mandatory prebid on October 8, 2025 @ 10:00am. Interested bidders shall provide bid packages by 2:00 pm, on October 22, 2025, to the offices of Henderson County Public Schools Maintenance, located at 246 Education Dr., Flat Rock, NC, 28731. All proposals must demonstrate compliance with all aspects of North Carolina law and Henderson County policy, including e-verification, terms and conditions and other requirements. Henderson County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities and to be the sole judge of the suitability of the goods and services, for its intended use as allowed by law and further specifically reserves the right to make the award in the best interest of the County.
