PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE
The Mills River Board of Adjustment will hold an Evidentiary Hearing at the Mills River Town Hall on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 7:00 PM on Minor Special Use Permit (SUP-25-02), request for use of the property as the new headquarters and animal shelter for the Blue Ridge Humane Society in MR-LI, Mills River Light Industrial zoning pursuant to Section 154.138 (C)(2) of the Mills River Code. The property is located at 353 Banner Farm Road, PIN 9631834334, and the adjacent vacant parcel with
no address assigned, PIN 9631823883 in
the Henderson County Registry.

The public is invited to attend and offer comment and/or specific evidence. This evidentiary hearing will also be accessible to the public via electronic means.
