The Mills River Board of Adjustment will hold an Evidentiary Hearing at Mills River Town Hall on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 7:00 PM to hear a request for a variance, VAR-26-02, from section 154.066(L)(1) of the Mills River Zoning Code, Mills River Mixed Use (MR-MU) zoning district maximum nonresidential building size. The subject property being identified as 467 Butler Farm Road and 448 Butler Farm Road identified as PINs 9642062858 and 9642064725 of the Henderson County Registry.

The Mills River Board of Adjustment will hold an Evidentiary Hearing at Mills River Town Hall on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 7:00 PM to hear a request for a variance, VAR-26-03, from section 154.047(D)(7) of the Mills River Zoning Code, Mills River Low Density Residential (MR-30) zoning district rear yard setback. The subject property being identified as 271 Greenstone Lane and PIN 9630473276 of the Henderson County Registry.
