Mills River Rezoning Notice

Mills River Town Council will hold a Public Hearing at Town Hall at 124 Town Center Drive, Mills River on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 6:30 PM to hear public comments on adoption of the new Unified Development Or-
dinance (UDO) and new Official Zoning Map and Overlay District Map. This is a large-scale rezoning that will affect all properties in the Town of Mills River, as all properties are being rezoned to new zoning districts
which are defined in the new UDO regulations.
