Henderson County is soliciting services from qualified design-build firms, to provide design and construction services for the BAT FORK CREEK STREAM RESTORATION/STABILIZATION & FLOOD RESILIENCE PROJECT. Sealed responses to the Request for Qualifications shall be received until 4:00 PM on Friday, August 14, 2026, and sent to: Betsy Gerwig, Henderson County Soil & Water Conservation District, 61 Triple Springs Rd Hendersonville, NC 28792. Three (3) copies of the proposal should be signed by an authorized official and mailed or delivered in a sealed envelope to the address above. The envelopes should be clearly marked, “RFQ: Design-Build – BAT FORK” and indicate the name of the firm. The overall project scope will be to provide professional design and construction services for a stream restoration/stabilization & flood resilience project located on Bat Fork creek in central Henderson County.
