Henderson County Public Schools Boiler Replacement

Henderson County is accepting bids for the Henderson County Public Schools Boiler Replacement Project. All bids are to be sealed, hard copies, and hand delivered, or sent by mail. All envelopes should be clearly marked Construction Bid for HCPS Boiler Replacement Project. NO EMAIL OR FASCMILE COPIES WILL BE CONSIDERED. The facilities will be located on Henderson County Public Schools’ property at 2270 Sugarloaf Rd. Hendersonville, NC, 28792 and 690 Ridge Rd., Dana, NC 28724. Interested bidders shall provide bid packages by 3:30 pm, on July 29, 2026, to the offices of Henderson County Project Management, located at 100 N. King St. Hendersonville, NC, 28792. All proposals must demonstrate compliance with all aspects of North Carolina law and Henderson County policy, including e-verification, terms and conditions and other requirements. Henderson County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities and to be the sole judge of the suitability of the goods and services, for its intended use as allowed by law and further specifically reserves the right to make the award in the best interest of the County.
