NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. §160A-314 that the Mills River Town Council will hold a public hearing on September 24, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. to consider amending the fee schedule to adjust Planning and Zoning fees as required under these statutes.
