The Mills River Town Council will hold a Legislative Public Hearing at Mills River Town Hall on Thursday, November 12, 2026 at 6:30 PM to hear public comment on a voluntary request to annex contiguous property located at 260 Pinner Road into Mills River town limits. The property is 83 acres in size and is identified by PIN 9643144410 and REID 10015165 of the Henderson County Registry.

The public is invited to attend and offer comments. This public hearing will also be accessible to the public via electronic means.
