PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Mills River Town Council will hold a Legislative Public Hearing at Mills River Town Hall on Thursday, November 12, 2026 at 6:30 PM to hear public comment on a request for initial assignment of Mills River municipal zoning to the property located at 260 Pinner Road (REID 10015165), which is the subject of a voluntary contiguous annexation request. The specific request is for Mills River Light Industrial (MR-LI) zoning assignment. The 83-acre property is owned by Henderson County and is further identified with the above-mentioned REID of the Henderson County Registry.

The public is invited to attend and offer comments. This public hearing will also be accessible to the public via electronic means.
