PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Mills River Town Council will hold a Legislative Public Hearing at Mills River Town Hall on Thursday, November 12, 2026 at 6:30 PM to hear public comment on R-26-03, a request to rezone property located at 598 Miles View Drive (PIN 9642447316) from Mills River Low-Density Residential (MR-30) to Mills River Light Industrial (MR-LI). The 15-acre property is owned by Rocky Creek Ventures, LLC and is further identified with the above-mentioned PIN of the Henderson County Registry.

The public is invited to attend and offer comments. This public hearing will also be accessible to the public via electronic means.
