File Number 19 JT 17 TO: The Unknown Father of Minor Girl R.A.F. Take notice that a pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-entitled juvenile action. The nature of the relief being sought is the termination of your parental rights in and to Minor Girl R.A.F., born on or about 18 February 2019, in Henderson County, North Carolina. A court order from the District Court of Henderson County directing that service of process on you take place by publication was entered on 26 March, 2020.
