Randolph Thomas Marshall, 61

Randolph Thomas Marshall, 61 of Flat Rock went home to be with the Lord, surrounded by his loving family on Friday April 22, 2016 at Mission Hospital.
A native of Henderson County, he was the son of the late Virgil and Jacqueline Hudgins Marshall. He was also preceded in death by his sister Eran Bazemore.
He had retired from G.E. after 40 years of service in 2014. He was a multi year tenured Volunteer Firefighter and E.M.T. with Dana Fire and Rescue. He was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman and had a great passion for people, he was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone and he never met a stranger. He was a loving husband, father, brother and devoted “PawPaw”
Survivors include his loving wife of 25 years, Jill Cromie Marshall, two daughters, Kristie Runk and her husband Nicky of Haiti and Felicia Sanchez and her husband Esteban of Hendersonville, one son Stephen “Sweet Pea”Hartington of Dana, one brother, Rick Marshall of Edneyville, four grandchildren, Jaydan, Xander, Ellie and Esteban {Peanut}, and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 11AM to 12:50 PM with the funeral service starting at 1pm on Tuesday April 26, 2016 at Hendersonville First Baptist Church with the Rev. Dave Marshall officiating. Burial will follow the service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park .
