That's the usual Labor Day weekend. This year, thanks to the coronavirus, is very different. But the star of the North Carolina Apple Festival, the crisp, sweet, delicious apple, is widely available close to where it's grown and downtown Hendersonville has plans for a festive day even with no festival.
