Southern Appalachian Brewing Co. hosts the third annual Mardi Gras fundraiser for the Boys and Girls Club of Henderson County on Fat Tuesday with celebrity bartenders, New Orleans-style jazz and the Olive Catering  food truck serving Cajun/Creole options and favorites from the regular menu.   Read Story »
