Get ready, girls.
That annual rite of spring for bargain hounds, treasure hunters and thrift store trawlers — the Finders Keepers sale — is coming April 10-13.
The oddly popular four-day sale event features repurposed, recycled and reimagined home décor items, garden furniture and unlikely works of art made of castoffs.
"We chicks have been hard at work all winter long scouring estate sales, yard sales and basements to bring fresh new spring items for your home and garden," the "doctors of Junkology" say in their current flier. "Girlfriends joining in will include Rebekah and Kandi of Woven Home, Rene of the Cottage Corner, Sara of Sara's Shabby Shack and Sharon of the Mayberry House."
The sale hours are 3-8 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursday through Saturday. The store is at 636 Greenville Highway across from the Fresh Market shopping center. Go to finderskeepersofnc.com or visit on Facebook for more details.
