Cooper Construction has won awards for two high-profile commercial construction projects.

The Hendersonville contractor won Hall of Fame Awards in the retail category and also won the category's highest honor as Best of Category for the community food market.

The awards recognize builders whose work reflects innovation and excellence through the integration of Varco Pruden building systems, products, architectural appearance, end use and design. The projects include a range of industrial, commercial, retail and municipal projects.

The Hendersonville Co-Op , a more than 8,000-square-foot building on Spartanburg Highway, features retail space, a spacious deli, hot and cold self-serve stations as well as a dining area.
