A Hendersonville company will starting filming the new motion picture "Shadows on the Wall" in Henderson and Buncombe counties this week.
"The cast is on their way in and we are ready to get started," said Anderson Ellis, producer of the science fiction suspense film. "We're all set for a pretty ambitious filming schedule over the next several weeks."
Featured actors include Nicole Durant, Tim Fox and Chris Kauffmann, all based in Los Angeles. A Buncombe County native, Durant is returning to Western North Carolina for the project. Local talent includes radio personality George Henry of WTZQ and several performers from around the region.
"Shadows on the Wall" follows Palmer Marshall, a college student, as he builds a device capable of reaching beyond our planet in unimaginable ways. Unfortunately, his creation has unintended and ominous consequences. Sometimes success is more dangerous than failure.
