State DHHS chief calls for continued funding of Healthy Opportunities Pilot

In a visit to Henderson County on Thursday North Carolina Health and Human Services Secretary Dev Sangvai touted a pilot that he said has proven to be "the best way to lower health care costs and create healthier communities" and praised a nonprofit offering a substance use recovery program.
