Two Asheville bands will rock the Rhythm & Brews stage on Thursday with headliner Andrew Scotchie performing at 7:30 p.m.

Scotchie, a Southeast music scene staple known for high-energy performances that draw on blues and rock influences, released his latest album, “Love Is Enough,” this year. The opening act, Random Animals, formed in 2016, blends indie-rock, funk, R&B, jazz and soul.

The event includes a beer, cider and wine garden featuring Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., Bold Rock Hard Cider, Guidon Brewing Co., Oklawaha Brewing Co., Dry Falls Brewery, Saint Paul Mountain Vineyards and Flat Rock Cider Company, along with a Kids Zone sponsored by Mike’s on Main Street and a variety of food trucks.

Pets and coolers are not permitted. Chairs are allowed at Wells Fargo bank near the Kids Zone. Paid parking is available in the private lot at Barnwell and Main, accessible only from King Street; free on-street parking is available outside the Church and King streets area.
