Deputies bust gaming inside private home

Henderson County sheriff's deputies charged two area women with possessing gaming machines after the law officers executed a search warrant at 201 Dunn Creek Bend in Flat Rock.

The sheriff's office had received information concerning the operation of illegal gaming machines inside a private residence. During the execution of a search warrant, deupties found six video gaming machines and seized $3,368 in cash.

Sherry WatersBrenda Mobley, who lived at the home, was charged with felony operation of five or more gaming machines and one misdemeanor count of gambling. Sherry Luann Waters of 415 E Patterson Street, Hendersonville, was charged with the same offenses. Both suspects were placed under a $10,500 bond and released.
