Man charged with exposure near school

Henderson County sheriff's deputies on Monday charged a 63-year-old man with a felony count of indecent exposure after a family with children in their car drove by and saw him standing naked on his porch on Fruitland Road near Apple Valley Middle School and North Henderson High School.

The man "was acting out and demonstrating inappropriate, obscene behavior," the sheriff's office said in a news release. Charged was Michael Dennis LeDane of 224 Homestead Circle, Lot 15, in Hendersonville. LeDane posted an $8,000 bond and is awaiting his next court appearance.
