Authorities seek child support deadbeats

The Henderson County Sheriff's Office and Henderson County Child Support Enforcement are teaming up in an effort to catch the most sought-after offenders in evading payments of child support in Henderson County.

Through the combined efforts and partnership with other law enforcement agencies, news media, social media and others the Sheriff's Department is working to bring those parents into compliance of court ordered payments and hold them responsible for their children, the Sheriff's Office said in a news release. Officials asked for the public's help in reporting the whereabouts of the offenders to CRIMESTOPPERS at 828-697-7867, the Henderson County Sheriff's Office at 828-694-3128 or by visiting https://www.facebook.com/hendersoncountyncsheriff .
