Girls can pick out prom dresses next week

Miller's Fine Dry Cleaning, the Beehive, Mainstay and Summit Marketing Group are teaming up to hold the annual "Grant Her Wish" prom dress event.
Junior and senior girls who have a Henderson County driver's license or school report card and are interested in finding a special dress for prom are invited to the Beehive resale store on Main Street on Thursday, March 5, and Friday, March 6, from 4-7 p.m. to choose a gown at no charge.
Last year, thanks to the donations and efforts of volunteers, more than 75 girls were provided dresses for their proms. Donors are asked to drop off any formal gowns either Miller's location (423 N. King St. or 1620 Brevard Road) and they will be cleaned for the event. For more information on how to help or about the event, contact Miller's at (828) 693-7426.
