No bond for man who violated restraining order

A 46-year-old Hendersonville man was jailed without bond today after sheriff's deputies responded to a call at 12:30 a.m. about a breaking and entering that stemmed from a domestic violence situation.

A A dispatcher informed deputies that a caller had reported that a suspect was attempting to gain entry into the residence by force. Moments later, deputies were told that the suspect had broken a window and gained access to the person in the home. Through the broken window a deputy could see the suspect and was to able gain entry and arrest the suspect, Keith Michael King, of 1239 Pine Spring Drive.

Deputies were able to confirm the victim had a valid protective order in place against King. At the time of the arrest, deputies found approximately 1.5 grams of cocaine on King and confirmed an outstanding warrant for arrest for harassing phone calls. King was taken to Henderson County Detention Facility where he was arraigned on charges of felonious breaking and entering with the intent to terrorize, felonious domestic violence protection order violation, felonious possession of cocaine and injury to real property. He was jailed under no bond pending first appearance on his Domestic Violence charges.
