Defendants get prison time

Superior Court judges Zoro Guice and Alan Thornburg handed down the following sentences during the recently concluded three-week term of court:

• Rebecca Luna pled guilty to Larceny and Breaking and Entering and received a 29 month active prison sentence;
• Robert Patterson pled guilty to Child Abuse and was ordered to serve 90 days in jail of his 42 month sentence;
• Tyler Galloway pled guilty to several felony theft charges and received an active prison sentence of 48 months;
• John Ledford pled guilty to 30 Breaking and Entering charges and was given an active prison sentence of 105 months;
• Adrian Villarreal pled guilty to Larceny of a Motor Vehicle and is ordered to serve a 27 month prison sentence;
• Horatio Perez-Solis pled guilty to Child Abuse and will serve an 82 month sentence and then face deportation from the United States;
• James Noto pled guilty to Manufacturing Methamphetamine and will serve 65 months in prison;
• Bruce Gardner pled guilty to Failure to Report New Address as a sex offender and will serve 27 months in prison;
• Vernon Case pled guilty to Habitual Breaking and Entering and will serve 60 months in prison;
• Lequon Young pled guilty to Assault on a Female and is serving 150 days in prison;
