Two charged with marijuana trafficking

The Henderson County Sheriff's Office and the Hendersonville Police Department in a collaborative drug investigation have charged two men with felony marijuana drug distribution.

Charged were Jon Benjamin Pierson, 31, of John Maxwell Drive in Hendersonville; and Robert William Devine, 32, of Selma Circle in East Flat Rock.

Each was charged with one count of Possession With Intent to Sell or Deliver Marijuana and one count of Sell or Delivery of Marijuana. Both charges are felonies and will have a first appearance in district court today.

Pierson and Devine jailed under a $ 3,000 secured bond.
