Man charged with indecent liberties

After an investigation that began late Sunday evening, detectives from the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office Violent Crimes Unit charged a 59-year-old Hendersonville man with two felony counts of taking indecent liberties with a child.

Thomas Michael Petticrew, 59, of 23 Bird Nest Lane, was jailed under a $40,000 secured bond in the Henderson County Detention Facility and was scheduled to make a first appearance on Monday in District Court of Henderson County.
