No charges in accidental shooting, police decide
Hendersonville police investigators decided that no charges would be filed after they determined that a shooting at 113 S. Oak St. on June 7 was accidental.
On Tuesday, after reviewing the evidence and conferring with the District Attorney’s Office, the shooting was ruled accidental, though not self-inflicted. The victim in the case suffered serious injuries and is still receiving medical care for those injuries. No charges are being filed in this case.
