Developer plans cottages on 90-acre site on U.S. 64

LAUREL PARK — An Ohio developer that has built homes and apartments in the Carolinas has plans for 56 two-bedroom cottages on a 90-acre piece of land across from Hunters Crossing on U.S. 64.
