Clear Creek Road man faces drug charges

The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office drug enforcement team arrested a 31-year-old Clear Creek Road man on four felony drug charges after they executed a search warrant at 201 N. Clear Creek Road. About three and one half ounces of crack cocaine and a handgun were seized.
One person was arrested as a result of the search.

Chaz Antoine Motley remains in the Henderson County Jail under a $89,000 secured bond on felony charges of cocaine trafficking, possession with intent to sell cocaine, maintaining a house for the sale of drugs and possession of firearm by a felon.
