ASHEVILLE — NC 11th District nominee Mark Meadows will join Andrew Riddle, owner of Riddle Construction Co. in Hendersonville, for a news conference to counter an appearance in Asheville Tuesday of Vice President Joe Biden.
Vice President Biden will make his case in Asheville on Tuesday for four more years of the last four years, with a stagnant economy that fosters government dependency and a foreign policy that makes the world less safe. Meanwhile, in a "We Can't Afford Four More Years" news conference, Meadows and Riddle will promote the Romney-Ryan plan that they say stands for a stronger middle class and pro-growth policies.
The event is at 10:30 a.m. at 16-I Regent Park Boulevard, Asheville.
