Florida restaurateur to reopen Bluewater Seafood

A couple from South Florida plans to reopen the Bluewater Seafood restaurant on Kanuga Road.

Reiner Lawitschka said he is waiting on city permits and a state beer and wine license.
"I was hoping we would be able to do it before the holidays but it looks tough," he said.
Lawitschka, who ran a restaurant in Miami's Design District, said he and his wife had relocated in Hendersonville and had been looking for an opportunity.
"We have been talking about it and we finally decided this was it," he said.
