People who live, work and travel in the city's south gateway area can soon visit Dunkin’ Donuts' newest store. Dunkin’ will open its new restaurant at 845 Spartanburg Highway on Friday, Aug. 11, featuring the brand’s next generation design, with a modern atmosphere and innovative technologies.
To celebrate, the restaurant will award free coffee for a year to the first 50 guests when it opens at 6 a.m. next Friday. In addition, guests can enjoy appearances by Dunkin’ mascots, gift cards and swag giveaways. At 8 a.m. the store will hold a ribbon cutting with local dignitaries and community partners in conjunction with a check presentation to Interfaith Assistance Ministry, the food pantry and crisis intervention agency. The free coffee winners will get a coupon book for four free medium hot/iced coffees a month for 12 months plus two bonus months — 56 coupons in all.
“Our team is ecstatic to grow our local reach with this innovative new Dunkin’ restaurant,” said Citizen Fuel franchisee Scott Shealy. “The menu offerings and approachable atmosphere will grab the attention of Dunkin’ fans and help keep Hendersonville running on Dunkin’ for years to come.”
