Holt to speak at Republican Men's Club

Amy Lynn Holt, a Henderson County School Board member who is running for a seat on the Board of Commissioners, will speak at a meeting of the Republican Men's Club at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 28.

The immediate past chair of the School Board and currently vice chair, Holt will talk about issues the county faces, including the 2045 comprehensive plan currently under way. She is running for the seat held by Commissioner Michael Edney. The Republican Men’s Club meets the fourth Wednesday of each month at the Old Orchard Tavern at Cascades Mountain Resort, 201 Sugarloaf Road. Cost of the buffet breakfast is $10 cash paid at the door.
