Having qualified as Executor of the Estate of Christopher Paul Kilduff, deceased, of the County of Henderson, State of North Carolina, this is to notify all persons, firms and corporations having claims against said estate to present them to the undersigned or to her attorney on or before the 30th day of July, 2025, or this notice will be pleaded in bar of recovery.
