Cawthorn says he's running in new district east of mountains

U.S. Rep. Madison Cawthorn, the 26-year-old Henderson County native who has become a conservative lightning rod in Congress, confirmed to 11th Congressional District Republicans that he plans to run in a newly drawn congressional district the one he currently represents.
