Commissioners to talk about new budget, tax rate (2)

Henderson County commissioners Daniel Andreotta and David Hill and Clerk of Superior Court J. Tyler Ray will speak at the Republican Men’s Club monthly breakfast 8-9:30 a.m. Saturday, June 17, at the Mills River Restaurant.

The commissioners will discuss the county budget, then 2023 property revaluation, the county's revenue neutral tax rate, the 2045 comprehensive plan, support for fire departments and first responders, recruiting for the sherriff’s office and other topics.

The club's monthly breakfast is held the third Saturday of the month. Reservations are required to obtain an accurate head count for the restaurant. Reservations may be made by emailing to noirs@aol.com.
