GOP Men's Club to host School Board candidate forum on July 13

The Henderson County Republican Men’s Club will host a forum for the Republican candidates for School Board during its regular monthly meeting at 9 a.m. Saturday, July 13, at the American Legion Post 77, 216 Fourth Ave. W.

Republican candidates on the Nov. 5 ballot are incumbents Robert Bridges and Kathy Revis, Amy Lynn Holt, a former School Board member and chair, and Beth Campbell. The four Republicans face Democrats Leslie Carey, Mary Ellen Kustin and Rhonda Mountain.

The Men’s Club meets on the second Saturday of the month. A breakfast buffet is available for $10 cash at the door. Breakfast reservations are required. To RSVP email noirs@aol.com or call 828-329-4971 by noon Monday, July 8.
