Deputies arrest four in drive-by shooting in River Stone

The Henderson County sheriff’s deputies charged four people after a county grand jury indicted them in a drive-by shooting on March 19 in the River Stone community in Fletcher.

Following an extensive investigation, detectives identified four suspects. All suspects have been formally charged with discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling and felony conspiracy.

• Daniel Ingle, 23, of Asheville, is currently incarcerated in the North Carolina Department of Corrections on unrelated charges. A hold has been placed for transfer to Henderson County custody.

• Ethan Scott, 19, of Alexander, was arrested without incident and has since been released on a $25,000 secured bond.

• Two juveniles, both 17 at the time of the incident, have also been arrested and subsequently released in accordance with juvenile justice procedures.
